Packaging, Delivery & Returns
All packaging we purchase for our products is recyclable. The individual wax melt bags can also be put in your garden compost along with the cotton drawstring bags, just remove the front labels if you want to do this. The labels can then be recycled. Our glass burners arrive with us in regular bubble wrap and we keep them like that to protect them in transit. We never buy plastic packaging for our products. Our packing peanuts can be composted or put them in the sink and pour warm water over them, they dissolve!
Our wax melts are hand-made in small batches and we aim to dispatch all orders within three to five days. If there is any delay to your order we will notify you immediately.
Mainland UK only. (We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at this time)
We use Royal Mail and Hermes for your purchases. All deliveries are tracked.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our products, please return them within fourteen days of receipt following the returns process set out below:
*Please email us at Jane@ceraluna.co.uk letting us know which items you'd like to return quoting your order number
*The items must be unopened, unused and remain in their original packaging
*Arrive back with us undamaged within a week of starting the returns process
We regret we are unable to issue a refund if the above criteria are not met. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless of course the items you’ve received are damaged in any way. Please consider returning your items using a tracked service as we are unable to offer a refund if your return gets lost in transit.
Once your return is safely back with us we will issue a full refund (minus shipping charges) to the same account the payment was originally made from. The refund will show in your account within seven working days and we will contact you to let you know the process has been completed.
Damaged items:
All of our products are hand checked at every stage to ensure they are of the highest quality and live up to your expectations. Our botanical wax melts are handmade and natural imperfections may occur. These can include, for example, slight cracks or discolouration. This is perfectly normal and will in no way affect their performance.
If, upon receipt, you discover any damage or something is not quite right, please contact us immediately at ceralunahelp@gmail.com attaching photos of any damage and any additional information that may be helpful. Occasionally damaged items can be missed at the packing stage and if this is the case we will then, of course, offer an immediate replacement.
